Location: This role is based at our headquarters in Polanco (Homero), Mexico City.
Not only do we market our platforms, but we also work with partners and customers for our users to get access to new opportunities. This is our agency arm, designing and running integrated campaigns throughout and beyond our assets. To make these campaigns happen, you will be working with the operations team, the content team and the rest of the marketing team.
Your success will depend on your ability to offer great results to our customers and partners as well as offer value to our users. You will need to understand well our audiences and channels as well as our customers and partners' objectives.
Deeply understand our customer's' objectives by questioning their initial requests, in order to execute the campaign the best way possible
Find in our channels the way to add more value to the customer's campaign while offering something of interest to our audience
Make sure the campaign makes sense across channels
Run customer campaigns within our platforms: web, mobile, emails, social call to actions
Run customer campaigns on other platforms: Adwords (Search & Display), Facebook, Twitter,
- Report on a weekly basis customer campaigns
Demonstrated experience with Adwords and/or Facebook, Twitter and/or email marketing
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
Detailed oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
- Demonstrated creativity in writing, communication and presentations.
Adwords and Analytics Certified.
Managed campaigns budget of more than 20K USD per month.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
