Performance Manager

Location: This role is based at our headquarters in Polanco (Homero), Mexico City.



Lead Generation is an essential component for LatAm Autos’ marketing. You will be responsible for various online marketing channels including SEM and Social Performance. In this role, your goal will be to grow the traffic and leads we receive from Paid Campaigns as well as make these channels more efficient: reducing cost and increasing the performance of the campaigns.

You will be working closely with the Marketing Director, the Facebook and Google Teams and our agencies to define the strategy and action plans and execute them. You will be the Performance lead, holding all stakeholders internal and external accountable for their actions, deliverables and performance within the Performance Plan.




  • Contribute to the Search planification with our agencies and the Marketing Director covering all components of SEM, Social Media Performance Advertising.

  • Audit the campaigns at the deepest level in order to make sure that we’re offering the best experience for our users, and high performance at a low cost for LatAm Autos.

  • On a weekly basis: Report on each channel. Monitor their performance through prioritized KPIs. Forecast monthly results.

  • Stay current and on PPC existing and emerging solutions, building new relationships and maintaining relationships with the vendor teams.

  • Build and maintain consistency and synergies between your channels and the other marketing activities (thinking both creative and media)


Minimum qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with Adwords.

  • Demonstrated experience with Facebook ads.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

  • Detailed oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

  • Demonstrated creativity in writing, communication and presentations.



  • Adwords and Analytics Certified.

  • Managed an Adwords or Facebook budget of more than 30K USD per month.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.

  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
