Marketing Project Manager

Location: This role is based at our headquarters in Polanco (Homero), Mexico City.


Since we are digital platforms and our core are marketplaces, the responsibility for the success of our websites is shared between various teams: operations, content, marketing and technology. There are many joint projects to make it happen regarding content creation, link building, onpage optimization.

Also, in order to optimize resources, reduce operational tasks, we need to streamline marketing processes and organize ourselves better on several topics: budgeting, team management, analytics, etc. To be more efficient, we need to analyze repetitive tasks, automatize them through better processes, and implement the right tools.

You will be working closely with the Marketing Director, all Marketing team members and all LatAm Autos functions to ensure cross-functional project completion and higher marketing efficiency.



  • Understand marketing processes deeply to propose new solutions (new spreadsheet, new workflow, new tool, etc.) including but not limited to: Budgeting, Channel Management, Country Management, Marketing Payments

  • Work with the BI team to ensure the marketing dashboards are useful for each marketing team member, marketing director and C-Level team

  • Facilitate team processes (weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythm)

  • Design, launch and execute new projects

  • Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the On-site Optimization Plan with the SEO agencies, the Technology and Operations teams.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the link building plan with the SEO agencies, PR agencies, the operations team, the content team and the country managers.


Minimum qualifications

  • Detailed oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

  • Experience with project management

  • A mind for process optimization: you enjoy perfecting processes, you strive for improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated creativity in writing, communication and presentations.



  • Experience writing Business Requirement Documents

  • Experience managing a budget and payments

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.

  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
