Location: This role is based at our headquarters in Polanco (Homero), Mexico City.


More than 400K people follow us on Facebook and our community keeps growing, beyond Facebook also. We want to develop these relationships offering more value to our community, develop a channel for LatAm Autos to spread news to more people in an engaged manner and provide a platform for our partners and customers to engage with a vibrant community of car enthusiasts.


Your creative thinking will not be limited to social channels. The campaigns and messages you design will help all team members in their channel. Thanks to its interactivity, Social Media will be a perfect experimentation lab for your campaigns to be validated before they reach our other channels. Your main collaborators will be the content team and your marketing peers.




  • Design new campaigns/series to develop our brands across channels.

  • Partner with Influencers to connect LatAm Autos to other communities.

  • Manage Live Events including Launches and Motorbit Live Series.

  • Boost SEO through social actions.

  • Train and Facilitate Social Media management of the Content and the Customer Success Teams.

  • Grow our communities and increase reach and engagement of the social channel, efficiently

  • Create opportunities for the Advertising sales teams and their customers/partners.

  • Ensure the best user experience for people coming from Social Channels

  • On a weekly basis: Report on Social. Monitor Social performance through prioritized KPIs. Forecast monthly results.


Minimum qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing Facebook pages.

  • Demonstrated experience creating campaigns: crafting the message, choosing the right media / audience.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

  • Detailed oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

  • Fluency, written and spoken, in Spanish and English.

  • Demonstrated creativity in writing, communication and presentations.



  • Completed Facebook Blueprint.

  • Experience with Live Events: Webinars, Periscope, Meerkat

  • Experience with Hootsuite.

  • Managed paid social campaigns, with a budget of more than 30K USD per month.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.

  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
